Refund Policy

At GEM Events, every celebration is thoughtfully planned and reserved with intention and care. Because each event is custom and date-specific, all retainers and payments are non-refundable.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and officially begin services. This allows us to dedicate our time, energy, and resources fully to your event.

We understand that plans can change, and while refunds are not guaranteed, all payment terms, cancellation policies, and any applicable exceptions are clearly outlined in your signed client agreement. Any adjustments or considerations will be handled in accordance with what is agreed upon in writing.

Contractual Agreement​

 

All services, payment schedules, and refund terms are confirmed through each client’s signed contract. In the event of any discrepancy, the terms outlined in the executed agreement will take precedence.
